Upset Stomach Cream Cheese



hello! Are on vacation, but I can always do things in a hurry and bring me to the evening with the desire to publish a post and maybe lack of time anyway .. here I am with a new cake cream, passion Enri .. crazy for cream, practically no sweet beats the cake with the cream and every now and then I promise to present it again .. maybe with some variations, but they are faithful to the recipe of the cream, although I like to try new things ! now I have to run ... I still have things to do and I'm going to go to sleep early because tomorrow I get to that in a few hours ... luckily they know are my last days without studying and I want them to enjoy the great and for me enjoy them does not mean lying in bed, but do as much as possible during the day, but still ... to study for 5 days. tomorrow!

300ml milk for the cream: whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the sifted flour and mix well. Heat milk and add it to rest, thicken the cream on the stove. Mix sugar, egg, butter, flour and yeast. Create a grainy paste, crumbled, not compact like the crust. Line a 28cm baking tray with parchment paper (although 26cm is fine) and shredded the bottom half of the dough, roll out the cream and crumble evenly over the remaining dough. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees convection oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want.
