COD AND POTATOES WITH FENNEL

hello! I love my holidays .. deserve to have me and I enjoy also, I devote myself to my family, my passions and I relax .. I'm afraid only when I am back, help! For now I do not think, I think in Rome on 15 ... i start with Henry and I can not wait! Meanwhile, for today I'll show you another version of cod fillets ... I eat them often because I'm healthy and I'm not bad ... especially if I invent some solution to make them better and more appetizing. The other night I tried this ... and it came just fine. It 's a quick recipe and a good way to transform the mundane frozen cod fillets into something better, it was also tasty! now I'm going to make some candy for tomorrow .. hello!

Ingredients 4 cod fillets
3 potatoes 1 fennel

2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 onion

oil-salt-pepper 1 cube


Cut the potatoes into small, thin slices and boil 5 minutes in the water in a pan fry the onion thin with a little oil, add sliced \u200b\u200bpotatoes and fennel cut into thin slices, add hot water and a nut with a lid and cook 5 minutes, adding water as needed if it tends to attack.
