Flan BICOLOR BROCCOLI-CARROT COOKIES

Hello! sun sun sun ... .. wonder who all these beautiful days give me the illusion CEH winter is over. Today was really more a day of spring .. and I say .. I just want there always cold. And these days I turn increases the desire to walk .. now I'm really making a commitment and go for a ride almost every day! Tonight I show you my favorite two-tone ... pies are a good way for me to eat vegetables, even if I eat enough and in a more cheerful and pleasant than usual! Furthermore, we have two beautiful ... colors! Soon!

Ingredients 500g broccoli 500g

carrots 2 eggs or 3 if they are small
50 g of salt form

4 slices of pan-tank milk as needed

Boil the vegetables, bread soaked in milk and squeeze. Blend broccoli with an egg, half of the soaked bread, salt and 25g of Parmesan cheese. Pour the mixture into a bowl and blend well with the carrots another egg, salt, bread and cheese squeezed. The molds lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with bread crumbs or imburrateli or even better if you have them use those silicone (they are even better .. I have tried both). Place molds on the basis of the mixture of carrots and mash them well then put a spoonful of the mixture of green broccoli and mashed fine. Cook 30 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees (I used the fan, but maybe it's better the conventional oven because it is a bit 'burnt area).
