Should I Go Bottomless On Beach?

GIRELLINE

Saturday is the day on Sundays and some cookies ... usually if I do not have too much to be studied is that of brioche or croissants. However, today should come visit our friends ... we take a coffee and then could not miss the accompanying de biscuits made by me and these are among my favorites. It 's a recipe Moroni time ago that I found wandering around the internet and now I've made down several times because they are really good. They are not the usual biscuits, are softer and feel the almonds and chocolate in the middle that make them fabulous and I would say more like sweets than just cookies! Obviously we have already tasted with my second coffee of the day and they came good to say .. Happy Saturday and a good weekend! I prepare myself to go out and do a ride .. I take this opportunity to study until I take, because I knew that I lecture on Saturday morning to 14 and although I consider it outrageous, I'll go there then I'm enjoying the last two Saturdays. . Unfortunately, few!

Ingredients 150g ricotta

300g flour 1 tablespoon baking

80g sugar 7 tablespoons milk
7 tablespoons oil (I'm the one seed)

1 egg white 90g chocolate
chopped 1 packet of vanilla sugar paneangeli (if you find it put a little 'sugar icing)

90g ground almonds Mix sugar and ricotta cheese, add milk, oil, flour and baking powder and mix everything. Roll out the dough to form a thin rectangular sheet. In a bowl combine the egg whites, ground almonds, sugar and chocolate and spread the filling on the pastry then roll it up tight like a strudel and cut into thin slices one centimeter. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 150-160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
