MUFFIN CARROT AND CHOCOLATE

Hello! today another great day of salt and I did my lap nice long walk today. I am satisfied .. but nevertheless did not stop my production, especially of sweets for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important moment of the day .. I try to enjoy it forever. And as I always say is not a matter of time .. just get up first and there is time to start well and calm summer day and not tell you how wonderful, with the windows open in the morning at dawn, all Quiet, quiet is peace and serenity ..! I want to see beautiful cakes I made for my lovely breakfast, filled full of carrots that I love. Eat them raw, cooked, and I found that it also make delicious desserts, and soon you'll see my carrot cake are sweet .. very good and also healthy! For today, look how beautiful this is a recipe .. Benedetta Parodi as always, never disappoints! There .. like my molds are one of my purchases of chocolate fair in Rimini. They're awesome and the desserts are cooked perfectly! Ingredients 2 eggs 400g grated carrots


75g soft butter 125g sugar 120g flour

80g ground almonds

a packet of yeast 60g milk chocolate chopped

Mix sugar with soft butter, add eggs, flour and baking powder, add the grated carrots, chopped almonds and mix well. Add the chocolate into small pieces. Put the dough into muffin tins. Bake at 180 degrees 15-20 minutes (I used a convection oven).
