Run Generator In Rain Snow

LASAGNE AL PESTO CREAM OF SPINACH

Good morning and happy Sunday .. today I deny, usually on the Sunday public always a sweet, sweet Sunday as I call it, but not today .. Today I'll show the lasagna I made two weeks ago, just for a Sunday lunch. I was very pleased with the result and the pastry. I do not particularly love spinach, but like a lot to Henry and then the lasagne are always good .. and I saw the opportunity to eat a lot of spinach normally I eat a few. Today the weather is horrible and I take this opportunity to clean the bathroom .. looks new, I filled two bags to throw all unnecessary things .. .. I have a thing to keep everything, but sometimes you have to do and I am very satisfied. Back at my .. I have to finish cleaning my room! See you soon and happy Sunday!

Ingredients 450g of frozen spinach 250g ricotta

100g Parmesan cheese 1 cup milk 1

sheet for lasagne (which I made with 3 eggs and 300g flour)

I made the dough, rolled out and cut the rectangles that I blanched then two minutes in boiling water and then I put them in cold water (the teachings of my mother). For the sauce Spinach: blend the cooked spinach with the ricotta, Parmesan, milk and salt. I used a Pyrex baking dish and so I did not put parchment paper. Put a little on the bottom 'of the sauce with spinach and roll out the dough rectangles to cover the entire base, then lay a nice layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese into cubes. Keep going until all the ingredients (I did 4 layers of pastry). Finish the surface with the sauce and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees. the last few minutes if you want to put the grill to make them better gratin.
photos are not very pretty, but it is the best that I could do .. when it's time to eat in a hurry and do not resist much and the time to do the picture is never very much.
