Ontario Driver's Licence Renewal

SOLE WITH LEEKS AND CREAM PUMPKIN

Hello! Finally I feel better .. slowly I called and luckily these days because I have to study tax law for Monday so I must also attend to (the book is quite long) and if all goes well should be the last exam in law in my academic career .. Tonight I write the recipe for the fish that I did the other night .. .. the light was good and we ate just happy. But cooking these soles I made a promise to provide as soon as possible .. I have to learn how to properly clean a fillet of sole. I love fish and I'm learning to cook many recipes, but you can not break up so the fillets of sole. You really can not, I was wrong to put them in the pot so destroyed, although they were good. I decided that I will ride ... maybe lessons from my uncle who is the king of fish, clean fish with an incredible class, to say the truth is the king of the kitchen in general, and he can only really learn. Cooking is an art, art is knowing how to combine the flavors, how to go beyond the image of a plate and above all creativity, heart and I hope and passion to succeed sooner or later .. if not altogether sweet in the least! Meanwhile provider and learn how to clean the fish .... which would be a lot! Hello!

Ingredients 2 fillets of sole
pumpkin (at least 350g) 1 leek

salt pepper oil

Clean and cut the pumpkin into pieces .. I have not weighed so I can not tell the exact amount, boil it in salted water for 6 minutes, then transfer it in a pan with a leek cut into slices, a little oil and salt and cook 15 minutes, adding water if you see that is too dry. After 15 minutes, blend the sauce with the immersion blender. I will have the sole steamed, but I recommend that you cook in a pan with a splash oil, then add the leeks and pumpkin sauce and serve.
